The Board Control Academy was started by Norman Woods, after 25 years of experience as a skateboarder. As a teacher and a skateboard professional, Norman’s unique and relevant experience, which has informed his approach to introducing students of all ages to skateboarding.
A Teaching philosophy that works
BCA aims to help students understand skateboarding as they learn and participate. Students learn valuable movements that will guide to each plateau and help them to control their skateboardsIf they apply the BCA methods and put in the work, every students skating will improve and their enjoyment will increase exponentially.
