Norman has been coaching my son Theo (6 yrs old) and his friends for 3 years. The progress over this time has been staggering. Skateboarding is the one activity Theo has remained committed to and excited about, showing dramatic improvement week to week. Norman’s class is a highlight of his week, and this will be a skill that stays with him for life. Deeply grateful to have found Norman!

Norman is a rad skater and truly talented skate teacher, but most importantly he has a unique ability to connect with kids on their level. He has been working with my son for 3 years and always keeps him motivated and makes every session fun. He’s so good at explaining skateboarding, I just wish I had Norman to teach me when I was a kid!

Norman is awesome. He is flexible with scheduling and always on time. He works with me and my two kids at the same time and is completely professional. We have all improved immensely after just a few lessons. If you think it’s expensive, just consider that he has to drive all over the place and pay for his own insurance. Any type of lesson is expensive these days, but Norman is the real deal and totally worth it.

I genuinely wish I could skate with Norman every day! From day one, he has helped me build my confidence as a skater, which is so, so important for newbies. He has caught me and stopped me from falling many times, as well as taught me how to fall.

Norman is not only a consummate professional, but he is as patient as it comes. My 5-year old son has been working with Norman for a few months not and he’s learned a ton. Norman is a gifted teacher and I would highly recommend him to teach anyone at any age.

We absolutely love working with Norman. He has taught our son Waylon how to skateboard since he was 2. Waylon is now 6. Norman is kind, supportive and incredibly fun. Waylon absolutely loves his time with Norman and has become quite a good skateboarder. We would recommend Norman to any and all people looking for someone trustworthy, fun and mega talented. We are so lucky to have Norman in our lives.

Norman is awesome! He is so patient as he helps kids learn to skate. He is really mindful about keep the kids safe i.e. always makes sure helmets and proper shoes are worn. My dude absolutely loves skating with Norman each week.

I felt that my 7 year old was safe to learn how to skate for the first time with Norman. He is super calm, supportive and goes at the kids speed.
